I have been practicing law since 1993. A great deal of my practice has been in the Family Court. I have represented litigants in almost every type of case before the Family Court. My vast experience in divorce cases, child custody cases, termination of parental rights cases, adoption cases, and everything in between, has provided me a sound basis to help parties mediate their cases.

 

For many years, prior to limiting my practice to mediations, over 95% of my practice was in the Family Court. I have served on the Family Law Section Council of the South Carolina Bar and am its past chairperson. Needless to say, I care very much about litigants in Family Court and want to provide a fair and comfortable space for the parties and their attorneys to resolve conflict.

 

I will not charge for travel time for mediations in Anderson, Greenville, Oconee, Pickens, Abbeville, Greenwood, or Laurens. If I am asked to travel to other counties I will address travel time and fees on a case by case basis.
